The property comprises of 2,600m², the ornamental, exotic and illuminated gardens are a delight to walk around and enjoy.  They include a poolside Oriental-style garden featuring mature palms, cycads and pachypodiums;  a large waterfall and ornamental pond;  succulent garden;  herb garden; large heated greenhouse, plant shade house, etc.  Enjoying a microclimate with warmer winter and cooler summer temperatures than at the bottom of the valley, non-hardy plants can be grown successfully. 

Palms (24 varieties), cycads, bougainvillea, hibiscus, philodendrons, callistemons (Bottle Brush plant), lagerstroemia, jacaranda, magnolia, etc, all thrive.  Bananas, mangoes, papaya, loquat, fig, orange and lemon trees all bear fruit.  There is also a saffron patch.
