The flat is fully furnished with plates, cooking pots, electric iron and everything that is required so that one can move in immediately. The cooker in the kitchen is a two ring gas burner. The bathroom is small but everything one needs is there. From the kitchen window the view is spectacular down to the sea and overlooking the river bed. It is a 10 minute walk to the sea where lots of restaurants and bars are available for meals or drinks. The beach is beautiful, lovely sand and very safe. We have a local train which will take you to Alicante ( 30 minutes) and will also take you to Benidorm ( 25 minutes ) and all the way to Denia. We have a wonderful market on Thursday mornings where you can purchase fresh fruit and vegetable, flowers and all types of clothes, leather goods, household products etc. Very popular indeed.
