The owners are interested in Spain, preferably coastal but open to suggestions. We want something that is close to shops and restaurants, ie, within a short walking distance, family friendly as we have 2 young children. We would not be interested in a really big complex, small or medium size would be great, with a pool (of course). We have a mortgage of €100 (could be taken on) on it, so ideally we would love to swap for something about €200k (with a cash adjustment), however if this is not possible we would could swap for something worth up to €250 - €260 with a smaller cash adjustment. We would also seriously consider swapping to any of the Spanish islands and even France or Portugal.
