These apartments have concentrated on

Bad days are planned for and the medial

days. You retain your independence and your own four walls (layouts) whilst being able to take advantage of the help and services
offered, if and when you purchase your own part of the
"hotel".
The care provided by a registered on-site nurse
serving our residents. The main services provided in the
"hotel" are covered by a low monthly fee. In
addition, service staff can undertake additional services as
required – from home help to providing nursing staff.
The monthly resident’s fee of 162 euros (+ I.V.A.) includes the
